Take in the water views from the living room, bayside porch, rooftop deck and master bedroom in the family-friendly North Beach area. This reversed-living house was designed for multi-family dwelling with 2 FULL kitchens, 2 living room areas, 2 covered porches and 8 bedrooms. Just a 2 minute walk to private ocean access shared with our neighbors to a life-guarded beach. Watch the sunrise from the beach side deck; the sunset from the bay side deck. Or enjoy it all from the hot tub in the rooftop deck that features panoramic views. brbrThe house sleeps 18 in beds. There is: a master suite with 1 king bed and sofa; 5 bedrooms with queen beds; 1 bedroom with twin beds on the main living area next to a full bath; 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a trundle. 6 full bathrooms in all. The master has its own large sitting area and an en suite bathroom that is currently being renovated for spring 2026 with walk-in shower and makeup area. brbrEnjoy the two outdoor showers when you come back from a great day at the beach. House has 2 sets of washers and dryers. Relax in the Adirondack chairs on the side patio while grilling up dinner. We can fit 18 outside on the porch for dinner overlooking the bay.brbrThere are pocket doors that can be closed to separate the 2 sides of the house for privacy or to reduce noise from one side to the other. Although you have to enter the house through the same door, once inside, if you'd like to, you can live somewhat separately. (We like to put the kids on one side of the house.)Each side of the house has a full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, covered porch, 4 bedrooms, and 3 full bathrooms. brbrThere are lots of bikes, ride-on toys for toddlers, beach chairs, sand toys, 3 umbrellas, corn hole, and a bocce set. Renters are required to bring their own sheets and towels.brbrWe have a private access to the beach and it is across the street just 2 houses. Thankfully, our beach has a lifeguard. We love that even in the peak of summer, it never feels crowded. There is also a lovely bay beach with no waves and a lifeguard about a mile and a half up the road with parking.brbrWe are sandwiched between Surf City and Harvey Cedars so there are plenty of places within 2 miles to eat or shop. Sunset park is about 12 blocks away and has a playground, basketball, tennis and pickle ball courts.

This a well maintained two story home which is great for families with kids since it is just a short half block to the beach, two blocks to fantasy Island and Bay village. brbrThe First floor features two bedroom with 32” flat screen TV’s, central air, one bed room has a queen bed and the other with a twin bed and bunk bed that sleeps 3, a bathroom with a shower/tub, large dinning room and living room with a 55” flat panel TV and a Blue Ray DVD player and a sliding door to the patio with a picnic table. brbrThe upper living area consist of a bathroom with a shower stall, washer, dryer, two large bedrooms with individual window air conditioners, cathedral ceilings, there is an upper deck off of the master bedroom with ocean views. The master bedroom has a flat panel 32 TV and a king size bed, the other bedroom has a 32” flat screen TV, queen bed with a bunk bed that sleeps 3. brbrThe outdoor amenities consist of an outdoor shower (with hot and cold water), a gas grill, picnic table that seats 8 people, 4 beach cruisers bicycles, 10 beach chairs, and on-site parking for 2-cars with additional curb side parking in front and we are adjacent to the beach haven bike path.
