There are permanent residents who live around our home and noise needs to be kept to a reasonable level. Loud music, parties, or other activities that disturb the peacefulness of the residential neighborhood are not allowed.brbr-Onsite parties, group events, weddings, and retreats are strictly prohibitedbrbr-Inside our Bear Box are three garbage containers. All trash must be bagged and tied tightly, deposited in the trash cans, and lid put back on each can. Per Tahoe Refuse, the local garbage collection company, trash bags must be level with the cans, the bags cannot go above the can rim, no overflowing trash. Tahoe Refuse picks-up the trash and recycling at 7:00am on Thursdays. New Recycle Bin with green lid must be placed at the end of the driveway, on the street, by the Bear Box for pick-up. If you create more garbage then the 3-can Bear Box can hold, you are responsible for this garbage.
