Additionally, every Friday, our Hot Tub technician will come by the property during business hours to clean/maintain the Hot Tub.brbrIn the winter time, there may be snow and ice conditions. The streets are plowed frequently, but depending on conditions, tire chains and/or 4 wheel drive may be needed to get to our home. No refunds will be provided due to weather/snow conditions or inadequate preparation for winter driving.brbrThis is not a party house, and the maximum occupancy is 12 guests. No smoking is allowed, and please limit parking to 5 cars, using the garage or driveway. We have 15 other homes in the Reno area, so check our host page if you need more space for your group!brbrExcept for during the winter months, the landscapers will come to the property every Friday. We just wanted to share this to avoid any surprises!br- NO PARTIES OR EVENTS (this is a quiet, family neighborhood and there will an $1000 fine for any reported parties or noise complaints)br- Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10pm – 8am each day.br- Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere on the premises.br- Small dogs and cats are allowed.
