Stayed Jun 8, 2025Place is great. Spacious and clean and nice neighborhood. Air conditioned was broken the first night otherwise it would be 5 stats for everything else. I know things happen annd they gave us a discount because of the issue and it was fixed as soon as possible but it was very warm in the house the first day. We would rent here again.

Stayed Sep 23, 2024The house is perfect for a stay....lots of room and amenities. Location is easy to go almost anywhere in the Truckee Meadows plus Virginia City, Lake Tahoe, and, Pyramid Lake. I would recommend to anyone to spend the time in this facility....great place.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024We stayed at this lovely property when visiting our son at UNR. We had 9 family members and this home was perfect for our group. It was very clean, had lovely decor, plenty of space for all of our family members, and a nice backyard and BBQ. We enjoyed eating outside, playing a variety of games the property offered, and just relaxing at the home. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with. We look forward to staying here again!

Stayed Aug 1, 2024The house was very comfortable to accommodate to accommodate our family of 10. The 3 level allowed everyone to have personal space, adult and children time, and also whole family to gather in common areas at the same time. Back yard was very entertaining for the kids. It had lots of space to play and many things to play with.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024Very clean property. Nice touches to the decor and furniture. Lay out of home was ideal. Fast response with property manager. A/c was phenomenal. We loved snuggling up with the throw overs. Extra toiletries made it very convenient. Early check in was appreciated. Enjoyed our stay.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024This lovely home is extremely clean and spacious with stylish, modern decor. The layout provides ample space for multiple conversations in different rooms, yet still close enough to be together. The house easily accommodated our family with ages 2-81. From the foosball table to the horseshoes, swings, and cornhole, there were activities for everyone. We loved having access to the clean 2car garage and the location was central to all Our needs. Super handy to have a grocery store and some restaurants right down the road. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. The hosts were terrific from our initial inquiry to after our stay. Patrick was quick to respond to messages and was proactive in any and all communication. We were beyond happy with our stay and would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Hosts are very responsive, helpful, and communicate everything very well. Definitely would stay at this property again.
