The Space:

This comfy brick bungalow is located rightin the heart of Reno. A 50 inch flat screen TV with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime Video, and WiFi provided. Also, we recently added the most classic arcade game of all time, Pac-Man/Galaga! You won’t find another Airbnb offering this! There is free dedicated parking and a quaint outdoor patio for warm Reno nights.



Guest Access:

-Exclusive access to the entire upstairs unit.

-Laundry room is shared with the other units in the building. We kindly ask everyone to be respectful of shared use and avoid leaving personal items behind. -When returning upstairs from the laundry room to the Stewart unit, you’ll find another smart lock at the upstairs entrance. This lock uses the same access code provided for your stay.

-Guests have access to a parking spot located behind the house, please do not park in the driveway.



Getting Around:

-You'll find yourself just a short drive from the Reno-Tahoe International Airport (approximately 2.5 miles).

-For those utilizing public transit, several bus routes operate nearby, providing easy access to downtown Reno and other key areas. Parking is free and readily available on the street.

-Major transit hubs, like the RTC (Regional Transportation Commission) transit center, are within a short distance, offering connections to a wider network of routes.

-Whether you're arriving by plane or prefer to explore the city by bus, getting to and from this property is simple. The central location also makes it easy to walk or bike to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops.

-Consider the convenience of your travel plans: the Grand Sierra Resort is only 1.5 miles away, while downtown Reno is just 1 mile. Enjoy a stress-free travel experience!

-This unit is located upstairs, and we appreciate your consideration for the downstairs tenant.

-Parking is available on back of the house only; please do not park in the driveway.

- Evidence of smoking (odor, ashes, burns) will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee

- Pet-friendly, please include any pets in your reservation and follow house rules

- Quiet residential neighborhood, please respect quiet hours and be mindful of neighbors

- Garage access is available for secure parking or storing outdoor gear and luggage.
