This home just finished a long term complete remodel and we’ve tried to think of everything you’ll need for your stay. Each room has a smart TV and mini-splits condition each room. There is a completely separate basement unit. The entrances are separate and the yards are fenced separately as well. Long term tenant is a professional that works long hours. We widened the driveway so both units share. The garage is not available for car storage but available to store important things while you’re staying there.
