There is a one car garage and all appliances including washer and dryer for your convenience. Las Vegas is notorious for having hard water, so we have a water softener. This will greatly help your skin and hair (and overall comfort). The private back yard offers a nice view of the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood that is convenient to all of the local attractions (15 minutes to Nellis Air Force Base; 20 minutes to the downtown Fremont Street experience; 25 minutes to the strip).
