This is a very nice house and, as advertised, close to the Strip. The inside is newly renovated with nice furnishings, appliances, and a well-stocked kitchen. Communication with the host was excellent. Check in and check out were a breeze. Would definitely rent this home again.

This was a very comfortable place for our family group of 7 adults to stay.

The one thing about this place is it is a little noisy due to the airport and traffic noise. It was probably worse for us because we live in the country and have no outside noise. Our hose was great. If we had a question, he was great to reply or get us what we needed.

Loved this 4 bedroom house! It was very well maintained and the kitchen was fully stocked. We stayed during a hot weekend, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The pool table in the family room was a fun bonus and kept us entertained. The location was idea, just 10 minutes from the Strip. Orlando was great and even let us check in a little early. Highly recommend this place. Thank you, Orlando!

Host was quick to respond to any question we had upon our arrival. House was exactly as it was depicted and allowed for us to park the rental car in their garage. Location to your typical guys trip activities for Las Vegas was excellent as its close to the strip after a 5 to 8 min drive. Orlando was amazing in accommodating the trip and the rental eas more than sufficient for the price.

This house was perfect for our needs. The rooms were big and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay. Close to the strip. The only complaint is the area. There was homeless camped across the street. While we never felt unsafe..just something to keep in mind. The host was awesome

Overall, our stay was great! The house is beautiful on the inside just like the photos. It seemed to be newly remodeled with good taste (IMO). It’s close to the strip but still about 30 minutes to Uber to the strip with traffic. Huge bedrooms. Three full bathrooms. Perfect for our group of 4 couples. Orlando was communicative and accommodating. Check in and check out were a breeze. Having use of the garage was nice too. There were only a couple of things that kept this from being an absolutely perfect stay… there was a strong sewage smell in the hallway near the washer and dryer. Not sure what’s going on there but it was bad. Couldn’t really smell it in the bedrooms or kitchen though. The road noise was pretty bad at night as well. Light sleepers may need a white noise machine or ear plugs.

It was the perfect spot for 5 high school girlfriends to spend 5 days. Thanks for everything, Orlando!

Location was very convenient for us as we travelled to the convention center every day. This was a work trip. How worked well for 4 of us. Plenty of space, had everything we needed. House was clean. We have already booked again for our next trade show in Vegas. My boss said on the way home this was the best rental we have had.

Orlando was a great host to work with. He communicated very well and this home made for a great stay! Not too far from everything.

Although the outside was a bit deceiving, we loved the decor and cleanliness of the property inside. The amenities and household items that were provided were so convenient. Our stay was extremely enjoyable, communication was so easy and will consider staying next year.

We stayed here for New year. House is big and has everything for cooking. Convenient location for visiting strip or Sphere.

The home is exactly as pictured and everything was clean and put together. We were there for NFR, and the house was close to the strip, the convention center, and Thomas and Mack. The only negative is that the inside of the house far exceeds the outside, and the location is a bit sketchy (but realistically, that's to be expected when trying to stay close to the strip). Also, the water pressure in the shower is REALLY low, so washing a full head of hair would be challenging. Otherwise, the house more than met our needs.

Overall, the house was very clean and had the right amount elements (dishes, towels, etc) for our stay. We were 7 adults and had a lot of room and really enjoyed playing pool. Each bedroom had a smart TV, so we were able to watch what we wanted when we were in the bedrooms and living room. Our host, Orlando, was communicative and always replied promptly! This was extremely helpful when I had to reach out to him with questions. The only negative thing I would have to say is the surrounding area was not the best. The house is located off the strip, but close and convenient to it. About a 10-minute drive. The surrounding area had a lot of homeless people and run down businesses. This is the only negative thing I have to say in my review, but I won’t knock off points from the actual home because the stay in the house was excellent. I also felt safe in the home.
