NOISE MONITORING OUTSIDE: Sounds of more than 85 decibels is not permitted outside at anytime during normal hours. No outdoor speakers. No bands. No musical equipment. No DJ's. No Parties. No excess noise outside is permitted. Failure to adhere to these rules will be subject to termination of the reservation, eviction, and no refund will be issued. Please be considerate to all neighbors. brbr6. SUPPLIES: This property has a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and propane to get you going. It is the guest’s responsibility to buy supplies that they need after the supplies provided if they run out.brbr7. MAINTENANCE- We reserve the right to have the house maintained during your stay to avoid leaves going in the pool and the pool turning green from lack of maintenance.brbra. LANDSCAPERS – will be trimming bushes and blowing away leaves so that it keeps the backyard and front yard clean. Their scheduled days are Tuesday every week.brbrb. POOL MAINTENANCE – will be cleaning the pool on Mondays and Thursdays. This is to protect guests and make sure the pool is clean and has enough chemicals in the pool.brbrc. TRASH: Trash pick-up days are Friday, Thursday night an employee will move the trash dumpster for pick up and Friday they will move the dumpster back in.brbrCHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONSbrbr1. Check-out time is 11:00 AM (PST)brbr2. Please text ”CHECK OUT” number on file when departing.brbr3. Please wash and put away all dishes. brbr4. Wipe out and empty the refrigerator and kitchen cabinets of all items you brought to the home that have been used. If you would like to leave any unused food or beverages for the cleaners, you can leave them.brbr5. All Trash must be placed in trash bags and disposed of in the 2 yard large dumpster provided at the property on the street. All boxes must be broken down and disposed of in the dumpster. If any trash is placed outside of the dumpster there will be a [$100.00] fee imposedbrbr6. Please leave furniture and TV's arranged as you find them and turned off. There will be a $50.00 per hour fee for moving furniture.brbr7. Make sure all windows and doors are closed and locked.brbr8. Check under all beds, sofas, and in all drawers and closets for your belongings. We cannot assume responsibility for any items left behind in the vacation rental home. If you have left something in the property and we are able to locate it, we will ship it back to you for $50.00 service fee, plus shipping costs. We must have a credit card in advance to ship the items back.brbr9. Please do a final walk through to check that doors, and windows are closed and locked. Please make sure that all lights are off. Pay special attention to outside flood lights. Count and make sure all blow dryers, irons, ironing board, and remotes, are accounted for.brbr10. Remember your check-out time is posted on your contract unless prior arrangements were made. Housekeeping is scheduled to arrive shortly after your departure, so please observe the check-out times. We have Ring doorbell camera on the exterior of our house to help monitor packages and mail. This property operates in compliance with state and local law. It is not a time share.
