The Perfect Las Vegas Getaway Home for a large family, business associates or group of friends located just minutes from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. This home features 5 bedrooms.

This beautiful vacation home has been designed and remodeled inside-out to offer travelers a luxurious, clean and accommodating stay central to the Las Vegas Strip. Guests can enjoy an enormous backyard paradise complete with stunning tropical oasis landscaping, pool and spa (with separate heaters) and waterfall. The pool comes complete with pool pavilion that includes it's own full bathroom, bar, refrigerator, misters and ceiling fans. A large tennis court with basketball court sits next to the pool. There are plenty of separate lounging sectionals, lounging chairs, firepit tables (tenant to supply propane), etc about the back yard. Pool/spa controlled with remote control.

Completely remodeled in 2020-21. All new windows, doors, accent lighting, wood cabinetry, natural stone and wood flooring, marble slab showers stalls, granite counters and tabletops throughout, fresh paint, large LED Smart TVs, designer leather furniture and high-end mattresses. Enjoy the use of an awesome game room offering guests the ideal 'Man Cave'. The CAVE comes with a pool table, custom poker table, TV and sofa-sleeper. A full wet bar is right outside the game room door equipped with complete collection of stemware.

The huge backyard is the real jewel of this property resembling that of a tropical resort. It offers its guests a beautifully landscaped private space with large pool and spa complete with a natural waterfall backdrop. In addition, there are shaded eat-in areas, multiple lounging sectionals and separate lounging chairs throughout the backyard and balcony. A giant pool pavilion with it's own full bathroom sits next to pool and tennis court. The pavilion has a bar, refrigerator, misters, microwave and ceiling fans. There's also a covered back patio off the back of the house with an awesome outdoor kitchen including large grill, pizza oven, double burners, refrigerator and sink. RV parking on the side and a large grass area for the kids. The balcony is off the master balcony and offers some great sunset views.

Enjoy dining in various areas throughout the house with two eat-in bars in the kitchen, the dining room and breakfast table near the wet bar.

All bedrooms are upstairs and have their own LED TVs. The master includes a king bed and queen pull sofa sleeper and WIC. It has a slider out to the extra large balcony with loungers, out sectional, table and chairs. The bathroom has a large soaking tub, walk-in shower, double vanities and TV. Three other bedrooms upstairs have either a King or Ca King bed. The fifth bedroom includes two Queen beds and a Queen pullout sofa sleeper. It also has a great WIC. The upstairs bathroom has been completely renovated with double vanity and tub/shower combo. There is a great office area in the upstairs loft area that also has a beverage bar and coffee maker. All beds are furnished with new, high-end mattresses offering various degrees of firmness to best suit guest preferences.

For larger parties, the home also offers guests the comfort of memory foam mattresses on 2 Queen sofa sleepers downstairs (living room and game room), 1 sectional with ottoman can serve as a Full size bed, and two twin rollout beds.

Enjoy the use of and extra-large capacity front loading washer and dryer.

The gourmet kitchen is bright, large and fully stocked with all the appliances and utensils you will need. It boasts a built-in refrigerator, 5' Thermador range and hood with oven/proofing oven/warmer, 2 dishwashers, trash compactor, wine cooler and a beverage center fridge.

TVs are all Hi-Definition viewing.
