Located only 1 mile from Flanagan fishing lake and scenic walking/running trail. Single home with lots of space to spread out and large open living areas for everyone to gather together. This house has two living room areas along with a game room with ping pong and fuse ball. All bedrooms come with TV 's, with Roku to sign into your streaming services. The two living rooms each have a 75inch Roku Tv also. If your cooking at home there is a fully stocked kitchen with all the pots, pans, baking dishes, hand mixers, crock pot, air fryer, and blender, even baggies, tupperware and foil! This property also has all the comforts of home; extra blankets, pillows, portable fans in each bedroom and nightlights!There are four spacious bedrooms and three full baths with 3 showers and one bathtub. Three bedrooms and two of the bathrooms are located on the main floor. The basement hosts the second living room area, the game room, a full bathroom and the fourth bedroom (with two queen beds).
