No need to carry heavy luggage or groceries upstairs! brbrThis property was uniquely designed to take advantage of the Cathedral and city lights views, with the main living space on the top floor. The open concept features a spacious chef's kitchen, kitchen island seating for 4, and a dining table with seating for 7. The living area is perfect for cozying up by the gas fireplace with one of the books from the antique bookshelf that was built by my grandfather. The city light views at night are stunning! We have created a comfortable, artistically eclectic space that features artwork that we have collected throughout our travels from all of the world. You will likely be surprised at how quiet and serene the property is even though it is in an urban setting. Most guests comment on how peaceful it is. The master has a walk-in closets and en-suite. It is at the back with backyard view and access to the patio that has an outside dining table with seating for 4. brbrThe second and third bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom with bathtub/shower and double sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom is a fun space with twin bunk beds and a futon couch.brbrIf you need maximum sleeping options, the couch in the living room pulls out and the small white leather couch back moves back and is great for children to sleep on.brbrThe property also features free in-unit full-size washer and dryer.brbrIf we don't have access for the dates you need, please let me know. We do have another unit in this same building that may work.brbrWe do allow pets with a $75 per pet per stay fee.
