Large 1&2/BD Private Villas, Ocean Views, Lovely Pool, Ideal Location

Loved this place so much. It's stunning.

My wife and I spent a wonderful 4 days at Dave and Joan's 2 bedroom Casita along with my son and his finance. Joan arranged a private roundtrip shuttle from the airport and included a trip to a major grocery store on the way to get some needed supplies. She also reserved and had delivered a four-person golf cart that we used the next three days to tour the vibrant town and beaches. The property was simply fantastic with 2 large Master Bedrooms each with onsuite bathrooms along with a fully equipped kitchen with all we needed. The pool and private terrace were amazing. Joan and Dave were always available to answer any questions before and during our stay. We can't wait to come back next year!

Joan and Dave are a lovely couple who make you feel so welcome in their gorgeous home. We stayed in the 2 bedroom casita. It was fabulous. The casita is huge. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, kitchen has everything to make a large meal, living area is grand and comfy and the entire place is decorated as if it is old world mexico. Nice patio beside pool that is shared with the other studio or 1 bedroom in casita if rented. We were so happy to meet the other guests in the casita. The walk to mainstreet sayulita is but 5 minutes down a short but steep road. Great exercise when coming back from the restaurants or beach having eaten far too much incredible food in the area. Beach is very popular for surfing and massages. We preferred the pool at the casita with the other guests and going to beach or restaurants in morning or evenings. The studio and one bedroom are also extremely large and completely self contained for cooking all your own meals if you desire. Location couldn't be better. Any closer to main street in sayulita would mean you won't sleep at night due to the noise of the people having fun, so choose a spot like Joan and Daves to get the best of location and sleep. Town is reminiscent of a hippie surfer dude crowd of all ages. Laid back, fun, great food, drinks and vibe. Many places only take cash and often bankmachines run empty. Extremely safe everywhere. Golf carts easy to rent but not needed to walk around town

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was beautiful. Very clean with amazing views of the ocean. Great location, super walkable to town. We felt very safe and well taken care of by the hosts. They let us use their beach stuff and were happy to help with recommendations. We can't wait to come back!

Such a beautiful property. Joan and Dave were wonderful hosts and made the process effortless. The casita was beautifully decorated with Mexican tile counters, sinks, and flooring. Very cozy, quiet, just two blocks into town and two more to the beach. The food and activities were amazing to include whale watching riding horses on the beach. Easy walkable town with friendly people everywhere. Thank you again for a trip of a lifetime.

We were impressed from the moment Joan graciously opened the door for us. Joan showed us the utmost hospitality with giving us a lay of the land, setting up our transportation to/from the airport and offering suggestions for daily activities. The accommodations were even nicer in person than even in the photos, if that’s even possible. We would gladly stay at Joan and Dave’s beautiful place as well as suggest it to family and friends in the future.

First of all, Joan and Dave were absolutely incredible with communication, setting up our shuttle, a golf cart, and providing so many amenities on the property.
