La otra habitación dispone dos camas dobles. Ambas tienen armarios empotrados y aparato individual de aire acondicionado.brEl baño dispone de bañera y la cocina es con barra americana abierta al salón/comedor que dispone a su vez de un sofá de tres plazas y un sillon donde dispones de una tercera unidad de aire acondicionado.brDispone de una amplia terraza a la que se puede acceder por el comedor o por la habitación de matrimoniobrDispone de todos los electrodomésticos necesarios y ropa de cama.brEl apartamento se encuentra dentro del resort privado Condado de Alhama con vigilancia 7/24 y la plaza de aparcamiento está perfectamente señalizada con el número 1016.brEn el resort donde se encuentra nuestro apartamento hay un total de 22 piscinas, estando la mas próxima a 20 metros del apartamento y es ideal para unas vacaciones relajantes bajo el sol y para una escapada de playa y montaña.br Para los amantes del deporte, ubicado dentro del resort está el Condado Sports Club & Gym con canchas de pádel y tenis, canchas de fútbol sala y baloncesto, un snack bar que ofrece una variedad de comidas y bebidas y un salón para eventos para las noches de entretenimiento. El complejo cuenta con ciclovías seguras alrededor y es ideal para familias jóvenes, debido al complejo cerrado seguro y las comodidades en el lugar. Hay alquiler de bicicletas en el complejo a precios muy razonables. brEl resort acoge un campo de golf de campeonato Jack Nicklaus Alhama Signature con un excelente campo de práctica, instalaciones de práctica, casa club con tienda profesional y snack bar. Se pueden alquilar buggies, carritos y palos.br A 100 metros del apartamento se encuentra el centro de la ciudad del complejo, Al Kasar, con un gran supermercado bien surtido, peluquerías/salón de belleza, cajeros automáticos y una buena variedad de bares y restaurantes en un entorno tranquilo. brEl apartamento ofrece una base ideal para explorar la zona de Mazarrón y se encuentra a 20 minutos siempre en autovía de muchas playas fantásticas con centros de buceo que aprovechan la extraordinária belleza de su fondo marino en zonas como Isla Plana, La Azohía y Cabo Tiñoso.brLas playas de Bolnuevo están a unos 20 minutos en coche, y la localidad costera de Puerto de Mazarrón, con su puerto deportivo, playas, bares frente al mar y restaurantes, está a solo 25 minutos.br La hermosa reserva natural de Sierra Espuña está a poca distancia en coche, con senderos para caminar, quads, kayak y ciclovías. br La ciudad de Murcia con su parque acuático y zoológico, su imponente Catedral y el parque comercial de Nueva Condomina están a unos 35 minutos en coche.brbrPd.Si reservas a partir de una semana y no te aparecen los descuentos, no dudes en contactar conmigo.
