Sun Terrace - 5 Bed Apartment - Huge Terrace & Mountain Views with 24hr Security

Absolutely first class accommodation, great situation not far from the golf course and walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Great air-con in every room and kitchens were spotless. We will definitely be staying again next year, highly recommended for a family stay.

We stayed in the apartment for a month and really enjoyed our time there. The place was clean, functional, and located in a quiet area – perfect for relaxation. The apartment was well-equipped with everything needed for a longer stay, including reliable Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and kitchen essentials.The host was available and helpful throughout the entire stay, which we truly appreciated. One small suggestion for improvement would be to invest in a vacuum cleaner – it would make it easier to keep the place clean during a longer stay.Overall, we were very happy and can warmly recommend this accommodation to others planning a longer visit.

Fantastic apartment with enormous outside space. Fantastic views over the surrounding farmland and of the mountains beyond.

Best apartment we have stayed on Condado development. Would recommend. Very useful to have use of beach towels and other bits in apartment. Good BBQ. If there were a few more cleaning supplies we would have been able to keep it cleaner during the duration of our stay. Pool was relaxing and had a great view. Outdoor spaces were kept very clean too. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect accommodation for a golf trip, two bathrooms and showers between four guys and a bedroom each, quiet area, good air con in 40 plus degree temps and super wrap around balcony…. Been coming for ten years and the best property we have found , steve

As advertised, very clean, and user friendly for our group of 5. Although I never actually met Chris the owner (mainly due to a delay with our flight) he was always helpful and informative. Will definitely book again.

Wonderful host, really went above and beyond. Condo was clean and quite adequately set up. Beds were very comfortable. It was a bit remote but lots to see nearby. The restaurants and market in the complex were excellent and the staff most accommodating. The golf course itself was less impressive. Not well maintained and close to 100 euros per round with cart, sleeve of balls and package of tees. The clubs were provided by our host. Not much activity for kids at that time of year and almost zero Christmas celebrations. Very relaxing, quiet and safe retreat.

this is a great apartment, having 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 lounges & an enormous balcony. Perfect for large groups, having that extra space. Owner Chris is great, keeps in contact at all times throughout the booking process, makes all the necessary arrangments in regards notifying security for access to the resort. will always book this apartment for our yearly trip if available. we love it. having everything you might need is great, cool bags, boxes, sports equipment, beach towels, hairdyers, and air con in every room makes a difference.

Seven of us stayed here, for a golfing trip, couldn't have asked for a better appartment. 5 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens, loads of space. Massive balcony with great views, great for BBQ's etc Stayed in lots of different apartments over the years on condado but this the best by miles. Eliza the owner was great as well, very accommodating, made us feel very welcome.

Stayed at this property with 7 other lads for a golf weekend. I have to say, it surpassed my expectations. It was spacious, clean and everything we needed. The living spaces were great. Kitchen was brilliant, with everything you could need. Huge sun terrace overlooking the water. Many little touches have been thought of in this property to make the stay more comfortable. Very impressed, and would love to stay again. Thank you.
