In 1875 the villa was built in a former fishing village (today's Sassnitz). Even then, in this villa holiday guests were received, which enjoyed the beautiful location and the view of the sea. The house was acquired by the current owner in the year 2000 and extensively modernized and lovingly furnished. The villa is located in the historic town of Sassnitz, directly on the Jasmund National Park and on the Baltic Sea.
