The 2-room apartment is about 30 square meters and has aentent balcony with partial views over the rooftops of the old town on the Baltic Sea. The apartment is max. for 3 persons (3 adults and 1 child up to 2 years). Equipment: * a living room with sofa bed, dining area and flat screen TV * open kitchen with a fully equipped kitchenette * a separate bedroom with double bed and wardrobe * bathroom with shower and toilet * balcony

Welcome to the port city of Sassitz - thegateway to the Jasmund National Park with its famous chalk coast.   In 1875 the villa was built in a former fishing village (today's Sassnitz). Even then, in this villa holiday guests were received, which enjoyed the beautiful location and the view of the sea. The house was acquired by the current owner in the year 2000 and extensively modernized and lovingly furnished. The villa is located in the historic town of Sassnitz, directly on the Jasmund National Park and on the Baltic Sea. From here you can take wonderful walks through the Stubnitz (the forest area in the national park) on the high bank or along the steep coast.   In the villa there are 6 nicely furnished apartments from 23 m² to 60 m². All apartments were renovated for the 2011 season and newly equipped. Each apartment has its own balcony, from which you have a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea over the rooftops of the old town. In just a few minutes you are on the promenade of Sassnitz. Next door you will find the sailing and fishing port, the Sassnitz Mole and the city center is not far away. The Sassnitz old town is known for its gastronomy: brasserie, beer pubs, cocktail bar, cafes and restaurants are lined up close to each other.   Of course, your car is free on our private house plot.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
