FLOHOM 14 is equipped with indoor and outdoor noise monitoring sensors to measure decibel levels, but these are not active listening or recording devices.brbr Occupancy Limit brThe maximum number of overnight guests is two, and the total number of people on board at any one time is limited to six, as enforced by the marina. Failure to comply with this rule could jeopardize our ability to operate within the marina.brbr Parties & Events brParties and events are prohibited. We welcome small gatherings to celebrate special occasions, such as hosting friends or family for dinner, as long as you respect our quiet hours and adhere to the occupancy limit. Please notify us in advance if you plan to host a gathering so we can inform the marina and ensure that our team is aware of any non-overnight guests accessing the private marina.brbr No Smoking Policy brSmoking (including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, cigars, and marijuana) is strictly prohibited inside the boat, on the front and back decks, and within 20 feet of the entrance. Smoking is permitted only on the rooftop and docks, provided it’s done at least 20 feet from the entrance. Guests must leave no trace of smoking paraphernalia. Violating this policy may result in a cleaning fee of up to $500 to restore the space to a smoke-free condition.brbr Decorations brThird-party decoration vendors are not permitted. However, we offer curated decoration packages, and our concierge team can work with you to create custom packages based on your needs. This policy ensures our space is well-maintained, the appropriate materials are used, and excessive cleaning is avoided, preventing disruptions to other guests’ reservations. Decoration packages can be inquired about before booking or reviewed in your personalized guest app after booking.brbr Children Policy brFLOHOM 14 is designed primarily for adults and is not ideal for families with young children. Children 10 years and older are allowed. Our aim is to create a peaceful, relaxing environment that is best enjoyed by adults.brbr No Pets Allowed brPets are not allowed.brbr Water Safety brFor safety reasons, jumping, diving, or swimming from FLOHOM 14 or the marina piers is strictly prohibited. While the water is tempting, this rule is in place to ensure the safety of all guests and avoid accidents or injuries.brbr Rooftop Safety brPlease refrain from leaning or standing on the rooftop railings. While the rooftop offers stunning views and a relaxing atmosphere, exercising caution is essential to prevent accidents or falls.brbr Dock Lines brFor the safety of FLOHOM 14 and its mooring, guests are asked not to adjust the dock lines. Our dedicated concierge team or marina staff are available to assist if needed. Should you notice an issue with the dock lines, please contact us, and we will promptly resolve the situation.brbr Doors and Windows brPlease close all sliding doors and windows when leaving the boat to ensure security and prevent damage from the elements. Welcome to our Bayhouse StayApartment! Our waterfront getaway features a large dock where you can relax on Adirondack chairs and soak in the beautiful water views! Enjoy kayaking (we have 2 for your use) and feel free to bring your own non motor watercrafts. Roast marshmallows in the our Gazebo's fireplacebrInside the apartment you will find a beautiful updated kitchen, comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms and a bonus loft area Full bathroom is upstairs, and downstairs has a half bath.brThe spacebrFully equipped kitchen with pots and pans, dishes, cups, and utensils, and a Keurig single cup coffee maker with a few kcups to get you started. The spacious islands seats 4 comfortably with 2 extra stools if needed.brLiving area has a comfy sofa and chair, a flat screen TV to watch your favorite shows and movies, and the French doors has built in screens so you can have more privacy or open to see the beautiful water views. The first floor also has a half bathroom.brbrUpstairs there are two bedrooms: one has a king size bed, and the other bedroom has two twin beds. The loft area upstairs has a full size bed. Upstairs is also the full bathroom with a tub/shower and washer and dryer.brbrIn the front of the apartment, there is a deck for your enjoyment and a great spot to drink your morning coffee while soaking in the amazing water views.brbrIn the side yard , our Gazebo has a wood burning fireplace. There may be leftover wood from a previous guest - otherwise firewood may be purchased from Angel's Food Market, a 5 minutes drive away. There is also a charcoal grill our guests may use. There may be leftover charcoal from a previous tenant or can be bought from Angel's.brbrGoing down the steps to the pier and dock area, you will see a boathouse to your right. Life jackets and kayak oars are stored in this space. The dock area has Adirondack chairs for guests to enjoy. We have 3 kayaks that our guests may use, and use of the pier/dock area and kayaks require signing of a waiver that will be sent to you after booking.brbrThis unit is in the rear of the building, facing the water.brGuest accessbrThere is a locked closet in the upstairs hallway for the owners' use only. Our cottage is located on a peaceful cove where you can sit back and enjoy the water view, majestic trees and wildlife from your choice of a comfy Adirondack chair around the fire pit on the beautiful paver patio, the hammocks or the brand new dock--bring your fishing rods! Even in the winter you can enjoy the view from the cozy warmth inside! The cottage itself has been 100% renovated with all new everything from furniture, appliances, linens, etc. but still has the charm and feel for what once was. So convenient to anything you need--20 min to BWI airport, Annapolis and Maryland Live Casino; minutes to numerous beach parks, Compass Pointe golf course, movie theaters and bowling not to mention so many fantastic restaurants both on and off the water.
