Waterfront Apartment with Fantastic Views

We absolutely loved the place. The views were amazing, we enjoyed everything about it.

Our stay at Hale Kai was lovely! We could not have asked for better hosts and we had beautiful accommodations and spacious atmosphere.

The apartment was just as pictured - clean and cozy. Thoughtful touches like handsoaps, dish liquid, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, and coffee was greatly appreciated. The view from the deck was wonderful for morning sunrises. We look forward to staying again.

The view and location are incomparable. The apartment is confortable and quiet, with lovely hosts and good neighbors. Comfortable beds, great tub in the bath. Stayed warm during the snowstorms with the nice electric fireplace. Would definitely recommend to anyone, single or families.

We truly enjoyed our peaceful stay at this waterfront apartment. Clean, quiet, spacious with wonderfully comfortable furniture(indoor and out) to relax, unwind, read. It was close enough to Annapolis for our day excursions to U.S. Naval Academy, Boat show, Navy/AF football game! It was great to have such a peaceful place to return to after our busy days and my husband enjoyed canoeing as well. The hosts were lovely. Thank you Sally! We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely incredible property and hostess! Directions were easy to follow and Sally communicated ahead of time. The property was just like the photos, idyllic and right by the water. As stated in the listing, there is a flight of stairs to get to the apt; not an issue for us but could be an issue for some. Sally's apartment was well stocked with everything we needed and more! It was spotless on our arrival and she checked in with us during the stay which was a great touch. Would definitely stay here again if I was back in the area!

The set-up is excellent. Waterfront property with excellent views. If you are looking for a place where you can relax, unwind, and have privacy, this is the place for you. The 2 bedroom apartment is kept super clean and the furniture, including a comfortable bed, well kept. The appliances are modern.The owner is helpful in suggesting restaurants, places to visit, and things to do. We appreciated the fresh flowers the owner thoughtfully placed throughout the house, and the choclate. We hope to return.

We spent a lovely few days at the Hale Kai. A spacious two bedroom property with a lovely waterfront view. Sally is a gracious and thoughtful host whose special touches included fresh flowers in every room and a dish of chocolates. I will reserve again on future trips to Pasadena.

Sally and Larry were great hosts! They greeted us upon arrival and were very accommodating! Will definitely stay again if we ever go back that way!
