Living room has plenty of seating and, if you are unable to leave work behind, a carefully restored antique desk provides a great work space. brbrSpacious kitchen/dining area has room for 10 at a table and extra-large, granite island. Kitchen door opens into a furnished, screened-in outdoor space with a hammock chair and nostalgic, string lighting--the area is a perfect retreat for catching up on emails or visiting with loved ones. The first level of the home also has a half bath and a laundry room (stocked with detergent). brbrHead downstairs to unwind in front of a beautifully framed 70” HD TV with 5.1 surround sound. Netflix and Hulu are set up and ready to go! There is room for everyone on the large and very comfortable sectional, and the upholstered ottoman provides much-needed rest for tired feet after a day of sightseeing. Make the experience extra cozy by switching on the marble gas fireplace.brbrThe upper floor has three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and two full baths.
