Maximum occupancy is 4 registered guests, including adults and children. All guests must be included on the reservation. The twin-size folding bed, when requested, does not increase the maximum occupancy.

PARKING
Street parking is available for one registered guest vehicle only. The vehicle must be parked in the designated parking area shown in the listing photos. Do not block driveways, mailboxes, fire hydrants, sidewalks, or neighboring properties. Vehicles parked outside the designated area or in violation of parking requirements may be subject to towing at the vehicle owner`s expense.

SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the guest suite.

OWNER-OCCUPIED PROPERTY
The hosts reside on the property. Guests have a separate entrance and dedicated private guest accommodations. Please respect the residential nature of the property and our neighbors.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During these hours, please keep music, television, conversations, and other noise at a level that cannot be heard outside the guest suite or disturb the hosts or neighboring properties.

REGISTERED GUESTS
Only registered guests included on the reservation are permitted to stay overnight. Please contact the host through the booking platform before inviting additional visitors to the property.

PROPERTY CARE
