The cottage is inspected immediately upon check out and any trace of smoking is immediately identifiable to the proceeding guests. You will be 100% responsible for any cleaning fees or smoke damage to the cottage. brbr4. Swimming is at your own risk, absolutely no diving as the deep end is only 5.5 feet. You are booking with the understanding that there is no lifeguard, no pool alarm, no pool cover. You will be required to sign a pool liability waiver prior to check in. You are responsible for your children and guests while staying at the cottage. brbr 5. For the safety and security of our property, please note there are 3 exterior cameras. One on the driveway, one outside the fence viewing the outer perimeter of the property, and the last on the far corner of the property at the shed. All three cameras are activated by motion. brbr6.
