2 Bedroom, 1.5 bath, fully updated condo located on 145th street, in a quiet area directly across from the Fenwick Lighthouse in North Ocean City. Beautifully updated with modern decor yet a cozy beachy feel, just a short walk to to the beach, mini-golf, Both family style and gourmet restaurants, playgrounds and ecological parks, bus stop , bars, ice cream, go-carts, popcorn, shopping, water sports, kayaking , you name it.. it’s all at your fingertips! Park your car because you won't need it here. But if you do need your car, we have two spots available plus ample free parking on the streets. Both bedrooms are nestled upstairs, each having their own TV with cable. Easy to access Internet, light airy feeling throughout the house and always a view of the lighthouse. Nice breeze with the windows open and air conditioning throughout. Kitchen is fully stocked, one room has a queen comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and the other bedroom has two comfortable twin beds, and pillows . Comforters are provided. A large deck on the first floor off the family room is perfect for enjoying dinners, an afternoon lunch or break from the sun, morning coffee, a drink after the beach, and a private quiet grassy yard for yard games and kids to play in . One of our favorite things to do is watch the lighthouse from the deck light up at night , you can even see this while on the sofa, watching TV! ! Very safe, quiet area. 3 grocery stores located nearby. Short 5 minute walk to the beach. We have owned this lovely condo for 12 years and are also locals, we would be glad to give any recommendations for our favorite restaurants, activities, attractions, but mostly this is a very relaxing vacation! Nothing like hearing and smelling the ocean and salt air. We hope you find our home as comfortable and enjoyable as we do! It’s a gem!
