Just before entering the community there are several shops, restaurants, bars and even the OC bus stop at this convenient mid-town location. A short walk or bike ride on 67th street will take you right to the ocean.brbrThe community also offers two smaller private beaches, interactive fountains, a little café/convenience store for Starbucks coffee, light breakfast, sandwiches, frozen treats and convenience items, boat slips available for rental, a crabbing/fishing pier and a scenic walking/jogging trail encircling the 1 mile perimeter of the community. Sign-ups are available for Boot-camp or Yoga programs that are typically scheduled a couple of times during a one week stay.
