Stayed Jul 27, 2025We stayed here last year. We enjoyed it then and even more this year. The location was very convenient. Some of us walked to the beach, others drove. We never had a problem parking. The house was comfortable. We were able to have the younger people playing games in one place and the older adults in another.

Stayed Jul 4, 2024Home was just as described and check in was very easy. Long walk to the beach but if you drive a bit towards it, you’ll find plenty of parking.

Stayed Aug 22, 2023We had a family group of 16 stay and the house easily fit us all. The location is great and the neighborhood is nice we lounged on the back decks often. The house is a little outdated with only one oven, the beds are not the most comfortable, and check out is at 10am which is a little to early in my opinion. I would definitely stay there with my family again as none of those are deal breakers for us.

Stayed Aug 10, 2023This property was absolutely perfect for my family! We had 11 adults and 4 kids and had more than enough room for all of us. We’ve been searching for years to find a place in OC that would fit us all and we couldn’t be happier that we finally found it. We hope to be able to use this house every year for our annual family beach trip ❤️
