It has central air conditioning, sleeps 12 and features two oceanfront bedrooms, three oceanfront decks and is perfectly set up for two families or one large family. brbrThere is a private outdoor pool which is open from Memorial Day - Late September and is available only for the guests at Beach Place North. As there are only 25 units on the entire property, you will not be crowded. The beach in front of Beach Place North is one of the least densely populated in Ocean City. Our family stays here two weeks every summer and this is one of the prime reasons we bought here.brbrThe house is set up as follows:brbrParking LevelbrThe lowest level fronts the parking lot which has under unit parking for two cars. There is a full sized washer and dryer on this level.brbrMain LevelbrThe main level has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a 1/2 bath. Screened dining looks out at your own small beach, the bay, and OC skyline. BBQ in the back yard or enjoy dozens of excellent restaurants on this-side-of-the-bridge. There is a $50 pet fee (dogs only). Large and/or aggressive breeds or other animals not considered. Owners live next door and are very attentive to your needs. A cleaning fee of $150.00 is included for all guests and assumes a reasonable degree of care is shown our property. If extensive work is required prior to the arrival of the next guest, an excessive cleaning fee will be charged and deducted from the security deposit. Guests must provide their own linens and towels. A rental agreement will be sent for your signature and is a requirement for rental.
