Absolutely Stunning 5 BR 5 BA Canal Front Home - You'll Never Want to Leave!

Fantastic property with easy bus access to Ocean’s Calling music fest. House was clean and very spacious- we only had 6 adults staying with us and there was room for many more! The only bummer is that I didn’t read the fine print- you need to bring your own hand soap as well as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. Would definitely return!

Each room has its own well appointed bath and a tv with full cable lineup. The upstairs game room is a welcome getaway. The roof top deck with comfortable outdoor furniture is a great way to enjoy the view and a great sunset. Plenty of hot water for everyone. The kitchen is very well appointed right down to spices and utensils. We were visited by otters, foxes, geese, and there are blue crabs to be caught right off of the patio! I only have one very minor complaint and that is the front door lock. It takes somewhat of a learning curve to get the key positions right. This is an excellent, well manage property. If you need lots of space, this is the place for you. Parking is easy and it's just a five minute walk to the beach.

My whole family - my kids and grandkids loved 111 Old Landing Road. The small issues were taken care of immediately and because it felt like home we fixed everything else! The furnishings, the roominess, the lovely banquet table were all perfect for a fabulous Ocean city experience. I have been taking my four kids to Ocean City since they were little and now all grown they still love it here! Especially this house. It made our trip even more special!!

Spacious house, comfortable beds, great for all three generations to be together at the dining room table, roof top deck or living room. Kitchen set up handled multiple cooks easily. Back deck not able to handle everyone but still a nice spot to have morning coffee or afternoon drinks. Short walk to the beach made it easy for people to come and go as they pleased.

We all had a great time. The house had everything you could want: very large living areas, dining area, kitchen and super sized bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. 5 minute walk to the beach! Like other reviews a NEW lock box is needed….. VERY difficult and extremely awkward to use. One other thing, could you do something about the traffic leaving town on Saturday morning??? It took us 2 hrs to go 25 miles!

Only bad part about our stay is that is was not long enough! Beautiful home, as advertised, with a great location to restaurants and a quick walk to the beach.

We did have several issues during our stay which got a quick response. All of the issues (except one) were fixed by ourselves or by the rental company sending someone to spray for ants and pick up trash outside. I would recommend replacing the batteries in the smoke detectors more frequently (not what you want to be going out to buy at 11:30 pm at night when the alarm goes off due to old batteries) and installing a new door lock system. They did offer late check out for our inconveniences but since it was raining we packed up and headed out early. Hopefully that gave them more time to fix the leak in the bathroom ceiling before the next guests arrive.

nice house and you can tell the owner knows what is needed inthe kitchen. David the host is exceptional.We had problems but our trip was not spoilted. i do have a suggection, and that is that they upgrade there lock system, by adding a door handle with the lock codes on it. We also had a mice problem, but hopefully that will be handled before next people come in. All in all, i would book there again.

Excellent.communication with property manager. The house was beautiful with plenty of space for our group of 8.

This home was beautifully decorated, spacious, well appointed with many amenities and close to restaurants and attractions.The beds were so comfortable and each bedroom had their own full bathroom and we loved the game room/living room on the 2nd floor. Very quiet neighborhood and the beach was just a short walk away. We loved this place and it was obvious that the owners took great care to make this a warm and inviting home away from home. We loved our stay and hope to return. All 5 bedrooms are very roomy with their own private full bath. Plenty of space for relaxing and eating. The kitchen has everything you will need.
