Newer construction, built in 2007, this condo is a meticulously maintained 2,200 square feet! The condo features a flat screen TV in each bedroom and a large TV in the living area. The living area has two sleeper sofas, plus a loveseat and 3 comfortable chairs for easy family gathering. Seating, dishes, furnishings and bedding can accommodate 11 guests. Xfinity streaming (Netflix, etc) is available, and the unit is well stocked with books, puzzles, and games. Just outside the living room and master bedroom doors is an oversized balcony above the boardwalk with plenty of seating for you to enjoy the oceanfront view. The primary bedroom features a king bed, loveseat, desk for the workaholic, and full ensuite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. Bedroom two also features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 3 has one queen size bed and one twin bed, and is attached to a full bath that has shared entry from the hall. The kitchen features stainless appliances, a Keurig coffee maker and drip coffee maker, as well as plenty of cookware. Outdoor pool is on same level as condo. The unit offers TWO dedicated/marked parking spaces. A third parking space may be made available at time of booking upon request. Property rents Saturday-Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. A washer and dryer is provided in the condo for your convenience. This cozy ground level condo is located on Lark Lane (off of 28th St.) and is approx. 1/2 mile from the beach and Atlantic Ocean - a very quick drive or a 12-15 minute walk. This modern condo features vinly plank flooring throughout, new paint and a newer HVAC system. The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom has two bunk beds (4 single beds) allowing you to sleep 6 people comfortably. Enjoy complimentary high speed internet/wifi and a smart TV in the living room and master bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) The condo has a split system HVAC unit in the living room and both bedrooms, very unique for this building so you will always be cool. There is a washer and dryer in the condo and you have two unassigned parking spaces. There is also typically plenty of free street parking. This condo is at the west end of 28th St. so you are not in all the hustle and bustle, but you are still a short walk or drive to everything. You'll be close to several restaurants and bars and there is even mini golf at the end of the street.
