New Listing! Large luxury condo on the boardwalk with pool!

Location was great! The place was so beautiful and nicely stocked kitchen. There were some beach items that weren’t listed but grateful for them. It was quiet despite the boardwalk being so close. Amazing view and great outdoor seating. It’s such a nice size to give us privacy from the kids but still homey. I was worried about noise level and I couldn’t have been more surprised and grateful about the silence when we went to sleep. I rated the cleanliness at 4 because lots of dirt and leftover small bits of trash was visible at the edge of the couch and beside the nightstands. I would absolutely stay here again!! Thanks!!

Ideal location and great condo all in one, right on the boardwalk at 6th street. Nice pool. Off-street parking. Beautiful unit that is well-maintained.

This property was amazing! Great location. Comfortable living room area and bedrooms. Large open kitchen for dining. The 3 assigned parking spaces were great! My family and I loved every minute of our stay.

We were blown away!!! Very beautiful accommodations, very comfortable beds, and very well stocked kitchen!!! There were trash bags, dish soap, hand soap in all the bathrooms, and paper products supplied for us!!! So impressed! We would definitely come back again!!!!

Very comfortable and spacious property with great views right on the boardwalk. Only issue was the air conditioner wasn’t working properly.

This is my first time staying at this property. I always rent a luxury condo on the boardwalk that can provide the luxurious space and comforts of home. This property didn't disappoint. It was really clean with the exception that they should dust under the couches. Outside of that I have no complaints! We were a party of 4 but it sleeps up to 11 people comfortably. Plenty of space to spread out. They thought of everything. Although my mom said that they should get a pizza cutter. Loved the binder of organized information! Great touch. Absolutely no obstruction when it comes to water view and quick access to boardwalk and stores. Definitely a great rental. I was adamant about leaving it better than I found it when we left so that the next family can enjoy and the property remains respected. I will definitely own something like this to enjoy and rent out in the near future. Well done!

FABULOUS

Super nice condo-very pretty and roomy. The only complaint was the bathroom door in the hallway did not lock but there were door stops to put under it. We had 3 teenagers with us and you don't have to go far to find plenty to do. They loved the boardwalk and the ocean was just a few steps away.

Every thing else was good, except parking . Our car was towed because someone else parked in our lot. We had to do the same, but we did notify the management.
