Outdoor pool is seasonal, opening and closing times may vary. The property is perfectly located close to Jolly Roger, countless restaurants including Buxy’s Salty Dog, Barn 34, and Ripieno's Italian Bistro, plus you are only a few blocks to the beach and boardwalk starting on 27th street, and a quick drive to the Inlet. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, ceiling fan, private bath with enclosed glass shower stall and sliders to private cozy balcony for 2 facing the pool area . The second bedroom features a single over full bunk bed, tv, & ceiling fan. The hall bath features a shower/tub combo. The loft area features a tv, Queen Sleep sofa, and love seat. Note the rental only provides one dedicated parking spot. Guest must supply sheets, towels, all soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure.
