A north facing balcony accessible from both the primary bedroom and living room provides views of the centrally located pool, as well as the breaking waves of the ocean. Cooking for your guests will be a breeze in the fully-equipped, open kitchen with ample counter space for prepping and serving. The owners have installed a mounted flat screen TV in the living room where you can catch your favorite show or sporting event via cable or stream away on your mobile with complimentary wifi. The condo has a storage locker on the ground level, where the owner keeps four beach chairs for guests' use. Braemar Towers offers amenities such as elevators, a large sundeck, an outdoor pool with awesome views of the Atlantic Ocean, fitness room, game room and tennis courts.
