2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Side Unit with fantastic views of the ocean and pool

Check in was ok. It took about 20 mins. The property was nice but not really cleaned well. They were just getting started when we got there so we went to our friends condo until they were done. I think they rushed the cleaning. The kitchen needs a little more utensils. The bed in the 2nd room has a too soft mattress. It might be worn out. It's very inconvenient to have to travel the whole way down to turn in the keys. We liked the property but will have to think about next year.

I stayed here with my husband and two small kids (ages 1 and 3). The condo was very nice, and we were able to easily make ourselves at home. There is easy access to the beach, and there were nice beach chairs in the locker for this unit. We loved our afternoons at the pool. The people are very friendly and you can tell Braemar is a close-knit community. The property was clean and festive (flags were put out for Labor Day). We walked to Northside Park every day for our kids to use the playground. Highly recommend going to this park. We loved everything about our stay. The master bedroom and second bedroom are separated by the living room which is nice. The master is big and roomy. The fixtures in the bathrooms could use some upgrading but it didn't affect our stay. Overall everything was great.

The bathrooms were disgusting and I felt awful giving my toddler a bath in the tub. There is dust and dirt caked onto the vents and the overall cleanliness was just bad. The check in process was awful. Central reservations rounds you up like cattle in the parking garage to check into your unit. The basically yelled at me when I walked into the office. Everyone that worked there just seemed miserable. I will never be going back to this place or using that company.

Very nice condo. Upgraded since picture. Loved the balcony and the and well stocked kitchen. Nice to have W/D, Yi-Fi and everything needed for the beach beach .

Excellent property, well maintained, very clean, bathrooms are a bit dated, but unlike other places I have stayed at in OC, this was and outstanding stay. It was also well managed, great renters and property owners on-site. Hoping to stay again next year.

2nd year was as good as first... see you next near!

Nice condo

Pool is great. Location is great. Game room is great. Tennis courts are great. Balcony and view is great. Do it.

Condo is spacious and functional great place to spend family time In a quiet location and nice side ocean view on balcony. Close to DE border and everything need is local. Only negative is locker storage lock to access beach chairs is rusted and lock is difficult to open. Please replace.
