The ocean view was beautiful from our balcony.The kitchen had everything we needed. The recliner sofa and love seats were very comfortable. The indoor pool was great for my therapy after knee replacement. We had the pool to ourselves most days to exercise in water.

It was great except the steps to the deck/steep.Also steps to the beach. Far walk to the beach from condo.

We loved our stay! Beautiful view, comfortable, perfect for our family. The 22nd floor pool was almost our private pool lol. Kitchen had everything we needed. Easy access to the beach. Great Tiki bar to get a bite to eat. A wonderful condo and hosts

The Golden Sands is such a beautiful place!! I loved everything about this place! The view from the 20th floor is AMAZING!!!!! Both the ocean side and bayside!!! We saw some amazing sunsets during our stay, and the view of the ocean when you first wake up in the morning is the best! The condo is so cute and cozy! Looks just like the photos on the website. The unit was clean and comfortable! The staff all around the Golden Sands are very nice and helpful! I definitely would love to stay here again!

This property is impressive, with its breathtaking balcony views from the 20th floor and exceptional conditions for taking remarkable sunrise and sunset photographs. When we first arrived, we experienced a technical issue with our cable, but the condo owner quickly responded and resolved the problem, providing top-notch service. My family had a fantastic time and would definitely choose to stay here again if we plan to return to the area for vacation.

Condo and location was great; perfect for 4-6 people. Clean and nice furniture; great kitchen for cooking… nice beach location.

The location of the property was perfect. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The communication with the owner was outstanding. She replied promptly and addressed concerns immediately. The condo was nice and the kitchen had and utensil you might need on hand. The building, the Golden Sands, could use some updating. One of the ladies who worked at the reservation desk was an absolute doll. The only suggestion that I could make would be to add an inside door lock or swing bar lock. Maintenance has access to the property and nothing prevents them from entering regardless if someone may be napping, showering, etc.

Overall a wonderful experience! Condo was more than big enough for the four of us. Absolutely cannot beat that view from the balcony. Check in day was a little chaotic but the Golden Sands had extra help on duty to make it smoother. Tiki Bar is fabulous! Entertainment most nights on the patio was very cool. Only minor complaint was that they seemed to close the outdoor pool prematurely for bad weather that never came.

This is our first time staying in this condo but not our first in Golden Sands and this condo is by far our favorite! The condo itself was so clean and had everything we needed and wanted. The pictures do not do it justice on how adorable it is! The bedrooms are large and the layout gave us the space we needed! Cathy was so great to work with and very quick to respond. As far as the issues with the slowness of the elevators, you will have that in any high rise condo. We have stayed on multiple floors and I think staying on the 20th provided an easier experience with the elevators. When staying in lower levels, many times the elevator would be full by the time it got to us and we would have to wait. We didn’t find any issues at all this time.
