Off to the west, you'll get a glimpse of the bay and the setting sun as you're sitting on the expansive balcony. We have two parking spaces which are labeled with the unit numbers. One is covered the other is uncovered in the back of the building and a shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. Since this building is elevated with parking underneath, there are four flights of walk up steps to the unit. The building does not have an elevator. brbrThe kitchen is fully equipped with a full size stove/oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, pots, pans, dishes, Standard coffee maker as well as a Keurig, toaster, microwave and toaster oven. We also have a stack washer/dryer in the unit. Free Basic WiFi and a wireless printer is also featured. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom with a walk in shower. It features a King Bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen tv and a Blu Ray Player. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, ceiling fan, flat screen tv and a Standard DVD Player.
