Such a wonderful stay, excellent communication and the condo was perfect, clean, comfortable, and accommodating at an affordable price.Extra touches of soaps, condiments, games, towels, and sheets made the stay even better.So close to the beach, nice to have parking spaces and on street parking also. Walkable to many places. Highly recommended.

This condo was the perfect fit for me and my two children, and if my husband had been able to join us, it still would have worked out beautifully. The space was spotless, well-stocked, and just a short, convenient walk to the beach. I really appreciated that linens were provided, it made packing so much easier. The thoughtful touches, like shampoo, conditioner, makeup-removing wipes, aloe gel, and even a small cooler, were an added perk. Even though we didn’t end up using them, it was great to know they were there if needed.We also discovered that the owner provided sand toys and chairs, which we didn’t realize until after we purchased our own, but it’s definitely something to keep in mind for the future. Midtown is always my favorite place to stay, it’s quieter, and the beach crowd tends to be calmer, which makes for a more relaxing trip. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely book here again!

Wonderful property, obviously well cared for and maintained by the owners and not just your typical OC rental flophouse. Jen had lots of nice touches like coffee pods for the Keurig and water bottles and condiments in the fridge.

We booked to be closer to another family on 73 street. We were Annie to meet on beach and walk to many places to shop, eat and get ice cream!Place was very clean

The property was lovely and the location was excellent. In addition to being steps from the beach, there were so many options for fun, all within walking distance. The condo had everything we could have needed and was spotless. Would definitely come again. :)

I stayed here for a couple days with my kids ages 2 & 9 as well as my grandmother. It was lovely! The place was a perfect temperature, lots of amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The entire unit was so clean and welcoming. It’s decorated with an adorable beach theme. There are beautiful dishes, and cutlery in the kitchen, along with a Keurig and tons of K cups, tea, cream, sugar, etc. Check-in was easy and so was check out, we had no issues. I would definitely stay here again! We were less than a minute walk from the beach! The balcony was beautiful. We didn’t have any noise or issues whatsoever throughout our stay. I did not need to contact the owners for anything, but she let me know upon arrival that she was readily available and she even sent me her number if I needed to reach her directly. there is a washer and dryer which came in extremely handy, lots of extra pillows, fresh sheets, and extra towels. Every room has a really nice TV and access to all the good channels. The Internet worked really well for us, no lag or interruption. I can’t think of any critiques! Overall 10 out of 10!

Great porch and beach toys

I always take reviews with a grain of salt, so when I read the glowing reviews for Jen's condo, I tried to temper my expectations. No need, as it turns out. The condo exceeded my expectations. It was immaculate, with lovely, comfortable furnishings and Jen has thought of everything! I've never seen another vacation property where the owner anticipated the guests every need and made it available. It's conveniently located on a quiet street and is a two minute walk to the beach. Jen is a very gracious host and her condo is lovely. I can't wait to return.

Great location, next to the ocean, close to restaurants and play grounds and a short drive to board walk and amusement park.

The condo was perfect! Great location and everything you could need for your stay. My family was very comfortable staying there, and we would love to stay there again.

Very clean and roomy. Lots of amenities in the condo so we felt right at home. Close to the beach. Covered parking. Highly recommend!!

We had a great time. Location is great for walking to the beach, (easy for watching the sunrise) shops and restaurants. Rental was clean, quiet, comfortable and well stocked (literally had anything we would need incuding beach chairs, toys and umbrella.). Love that the front bedroom and LR had curtains/blinds that kept them dark in the morning. Ate at Bull on the Beach, Belly Busters and Seaside Deli. (Sandwiches are stacked) Perfect for laid back relaxation! Will definately keep in mind for future trips.

Very nice! Great location to the beach for being able to get back whenever needed to the facility, extremely clean and well kept. Easy check in and check out process. Fanatasic carpets.
