Enjoy the home's peace and serenity from the inlet and the cool ocean breezes. brbrThe house features an inverted floor plan, with the main living area -- a great room, dining room, kitchen, and powder room -- on the top floor. An elevator helps move your groceries and guests from floor to floor. The floor plan is especially accommodating for multi-generational families or groups. brbrThe house has two full-sized, gourmet kitchens, one on the first floor and one on the top floor. Each kitchen contains a full-sized refrigerator, stove, microwave oven, and dishwasher, as well as a toaster, blender, coffee maker, and pots and pans, dishes and silverware. br br*On the first floor: A one-bedroom, private apartment with its own separate, handicapped-accessible entrance and private deck. The Braemar Towers is an oceanfront condominium located on 131st Street and Coastal Highway. Enjoy all of the amenities of the Braemar, including an outdoor pool and sundeck, tennis courts, pickleball courts, a game room and a fitness center. Located just up the street from Ocean City’s popular 58-acre complex, Northside Park, and you’re close enough that you don’t need to hop in the car to enjoy the famous Sundaes in the Park (one of our favorite weekly events)! There is a $75 Common Area Usage Fee (Credit Cards or Checks Accepted, NO CASH!) for reservations up to a week. If reservation is multiple weeks there is a $75 per week fee due at arrival (Credit Cards or Checks Accepted, NO CASH!)brbrBraemar Towers 1207 is a two bedroom, two bathroom condo with a dining area located on the 2nd floor of the south tower. There is a king bed in the first bedroom and 2 double beds in the guest bedroom. New light and airy furniture in the living room for 2025. Enjoy pool, ocean and beach views from the balcony. The condo has a well-stocked kitchen (blender, Keurig coffee maker, wine glasses, etc.), with a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, central air, 2 Smart TV’s and free WIFI. Owner strongly encourages the use of the 1207 beach locker, below the building, to store your beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. This minimizes sand in the condo, lots of clutter and you won’t have to lug them up and down every day. There is parking for one car in the Braemar lot, and ample street parking. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Limit of 6 people.
