Bayfront Condo overlooking water! Across the street from the Beach!!

This condo is really all about location and the balcony. Both are fantastic!!!!!! The bedrooms and bathrooms need a redo. It was hard to tell from the pics that the carpet is old brown shag carpet in the bedrooms. (Which is icky at the beach) and the bathrooms are really old as well. They are maintained well - but just not what I was expecting. The kitchen is very nice and bright and recently redone. Last - note that you need to bring your own sheets and towels (and even bath mats!!) and print your own parking pass. I didn’t get this info until the day before and it would have been helpful to have from the outset when we booked so I could have washed and packed them in advance.

The unit was very clean, and all appliances have been upgraded, would highly recommend this unit and plan on returning next year.

The condo itself was wonderful. There were locals at the pool that were very rude to others who where renting condos.

Very clean except for some ants in the kitchen.

My family and I really enjoyed our time at Thunder Island. The area was quiet and the condo was as advertised. Quaint, clean, & a beautiful view of the bay. With just a short walk to the beach and conveniently located near enough to the boardwalk, would highly recommend. The host was very communicative and was a big help during the booking process!

The property was incredibly clean and the location is ideal. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well equipped with everything we needed. The outdoor shower for the building was perfect to rinse off after beach days. The complex was quiet and the view is outstanding. Roberto was a great host, we would stay here again!

We had a wonderful experience at this property! Everything was perfect! We arrived, and we entered the condo via a code…. provided with a parking permit in a very thorough email. The condo was spotless, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything one might need for a week long stay! Highly recommend this property!!! Five stars across the board! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unit was very clean! Beds were very comfortable. Unit and balcony were very well maintained. Overall stay was very enjoyable and will return and recommend to friends and family.
