Watergate East Unit 1 on Assawoman Bay -North Ocean City - Dog Friendly

We had a very pleasant stay withour two dogs. Beautiful views and convenient location. The owner was easy to contact and we had great communication.

We loved overlooking the bay and how peaceful it was. We also had our dog with us and we loved the neighborhood.

Location, location, location...it was perfect. For four 70ish year olds, we felt no need to go to the beach as we were quite comfortable sitting on the porch listening to the waves and watching the boats go by. There were some maintenance issues which will be discussed directly with the owner.

The location on the bay was beautiful and we loved the porch and view of the water. Plenty of street parking. The only complaint is that the unit smells of mildew and wet dog. There was a lot of dog hair on the pillow covers/quilts and under the beds. Everything that was brought home need a really good washing because it all smelled like the unit. There were plugins but that didn't help at all.

Lovely property on the bay. Well stocked with excellent cookware AND linen service.Had one unfortunate issue, but owner was there within 10 minutes to try and rectify the problem. Clean. quiet neighborhood - would definitely stay there again.

If I can give a 10 star rating for this place I would. Our family had the best vacation last week. Never expected the unit to be so clean, well equipped and cozy. And best of all was the view of the water and the stunning sunset was phenomenal!!!! The whole family enjoyed fishing and crabbing and the host even lend us to use the crab trap. We have been going to Ocean city for a week vacation for few years now and by far this is the most awesome experience.Thank you so much to the host…we will definitely come back again next year!!!

Owner's are a pleasure to deal with. The view of the bay and town is amazing. The unit was equipped with pretty much everything we needed for our stay. Short walk to the beach and quick drive to pick up all our grocery needs. We will definitely be booking in the future.

A truly wonderful stay. Everything you need is provided for you. A wonderful relaxing spot in what can be a busy city. Can’t wait to come back!

This condo is absolutely beautiful.

It was only a couple of issues with the location, and it's more so other people who stayed enjoyed their stays as did i, but didn't let anyone know that certain things needed to be fixed or taken care of things I could fix I did. The thing is I couldn't I let the owners know in a letter to the cleaning crew so that hopefully we rent there again it was a great location beautiful place nice and clean everything was awesome. On a personal note their cookware and stove are better than mine and I love the cook I three grills on my deck I love my food I love cooking and I was so impressed I almost messed up a meal but I got used to the oven and everything quickly it was great.

Property was as advertised and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views to the Bay were beautiful whether enjoying a morning coffee on the porch or a cocktail during sunset. Would recommend this property to all.

Anyone looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway, look no more. This unit has all the amenities you need to feel like you are home away from home. The unit is perfectly setup. On entering the unit, there is a nice beachy decorated living room with comfortable sectional that is great for lounging. A small dining room overlooking the quiet bay and a walkout to the porch. You do not need to be on the top floor to enjoy the quiet breeze and the beautiful view of the bay. The bedrooms have simple beachy decor and very comfortable mattresses that makes you want to just sleep in during one of those lazy days. Ceiling fans in every room are great. Kitchen is equipped with all you need for small/large meals if you dont feel like dining out. There is very few foot traffic that you can really enjoy the quiet view of the bay and very refreshing breeze from the water. You can actually sit on the porch and fall asleep just enjoying the bayview and the serenity. The hosts are very responsive on those little things that we need here and there. We brought our two furry kids and the easy step down the porch and the grassy area around the unit makes it easy to just let them out for a quick bathroom break. The neighborhood is very pet friendly, we enjoyed nice strolls with our pups and quick chats with the neighbors. We had some issues with the folks in the upstairs unit and communicated with the hosts and they are very responsive with it. We'll be back again!

Great views, neighborhood and every comfort of home! The owners stocked the kitchen with everything needed to stay in and make your own meal! The bedrooms were nicely arranged and the beds were super comfy! We enjoyed having our morning coffee on the porch overlooking the peaceful bay. The breeze from the bay was terrific after a hot day at the beach. Having our small dogs with us was an added bonus and they enjoyed the wonderful park at the beginning of the street. The owners truly wanted to be sure all was perfect for us and it was!!
