Sleeping up to eight guests, the primary bedroom has a California king bed and the 2nd bedroom has two double beds. A queen sleep sofa is also available in the den area for additional sleeping arrangements. All rooms in the home include a ductless heating and cooling unit for individual comfort. Two parking spots are included with this rental. Bayshore 18 rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 2 nights off season. --------Guests must supply their own sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. Around the corner is a bay-side boardwalk that offers license-free fishing and spectacular views of the bay. This is a great spot for photos! Around the other corner is a market/deli/beer and liquor store. You are located beside the skate park, playground, basketball courts, and fields. Park your car when you arrive and never need it again. If you want to go uptown, for $4 you can ride the bus all day.brbrThis is a 3rd floor unit without an elevator, so please keep that in mind. There is a front balcony, living room with tv, pull-out couch, dining area with table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom with a full bed and bunkbeds.
