Stayed Dec 30, 2025The condo was perfect! Location, location, location - right on the boardwalk. Plenty of room. Host kept in touch from rental, throughout stay, and through check-out.

Stayed Aug 2, 2025Checking in was a tiny bit confusing at first but after then it was mostly great. The location is perfect and the house was adequately stocked with what we needed for our short 4 day vacation. When first getting in, you will need to temporarily park outside the garage gate and use the Exterior Gate Code (provided in an email) to walk in then press the “open garage door” button to drive in. Then park at your designated room number (I.e. room 204 will be on the second floor, with 2 spaces marked for 204) Once you go into the room you will see garage door openers and parking passes. We didn’t find the pool despite the listing saying there was a pool somewhere. I think the instructions / welcome package in the room could have been a bit more detailed. Overall though it’s a great place and we had a fantastic vacation.

Stayed Jun 28, 2025Where to being? The unit was not the cleanest by far, the sofa bed was broken. (It took 2 days before this issue was resolved.) And to to of the week, we found a cockroach in the bedroom! The unit was recently renovated meaning they basically slapped paint on a few walls and left the painters tape in areas. The dining room table was missing a chair and the barstools are loose. The shower doors were not secured, but Shawn from maintenance repaired that very quickly! I love Belmont Towers and have been staying here for years with a different host. Lesson learned!

Stayed Oct 6, 2023I can't complain about the location of the property. It is great to be smack dab in the middle of the boardwalk! I do wish the living room was a bit more updated, the TVs did not function as it should. But besides that no issues at all.

Stayed Sep 12, 2023The condo was very nice. The living room furniture upholstery needs to be deep cleaned or replaced/upgraded but everything was functional. The balcony and beach view and location made up for the minimal shortcomings this rental had. Thank you!

Stayed Sep 29, 2022This was a wonderful location right on the boardwalk and the deck was great!! The check in process was a bit confusing as we did not know the remotes for the garage were in the condo. Also the couches need desperately to be upgraded but it was clean and a great place to stay!!

Stayed Oct 7, 2022Some things can be worked on such as: -No faucet to rinse feet when returning from beach. The outdoor faucet was not working. -Living room furniture upholstery could use a deep cleaning or updating. -TV in living room not user friendly. Non-HD cable box. None of the cable boxes in the other rooms worked. Other than that we enjoyed our stay. The location is great. The patio was fantastic! We will be renting again!

Stayed Aug 20, 2022This was probably one of the best place that i stayed for the last 7 years or so. Location is great, spacious for avg size family. We were able to walk to restaurants that are close by rather than taking the car out. You have to get use to parking, especially if you have 2 cars, it was a struggle on first day but you figure it out how to park in small spots. I dont think this is just issue with this, experienced it with other rentals as well. My only suggestion would be to get better mattresses, very springy, for someone staying a week or longer, it can be bad for back. Overall, very nice place and will stay again. Thank you for hosting us.
