Pet Friendly Townhome Steps to Beach

We are very satisfied with our stay. The house is very clean and what ever was not working it was fixed right away. Will be booking again for our next family vacation!

Nice pet friendly stay

Had a great stay for four nights over Memorial Day weekend. The rental had plenty of room for our family of four and our dog. For once my kids didn’t complain about the beds being uncomfortable! The unit is in a great location with easy off-street parking. There is an also a nice fenced-in back patio which we enjoyed in the evening. The owner was very responsive and great to deal with. Would stay again!

Rental was good overall. Upon arrival, the air conditioner was not effective. As we arrived late, we were not able to have this fixed until the following day, but quick communication and a quick solution were very appreciated. Items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and bathroom towels were not sufficient in their supply for our stay.Home is efficient and perfect setup for a short vacation at Ocean City.

Great location, easy off-street parking, pretty clean. Only negative was that some of the furniture seemed dated and was a bit uncomfortable. Overall great vacation experience. Would rent again.

Great location, quiet neighborhood

Plenty of room for all guests. Nice yard. Close to beach.

My fan had a good time. We only stayed 3 nights. We lucked out with the weather too, everyday it was supposed to rain & never did so that was good. Walking distance to beach & boardwalk. I didn't have to use my car the whole time we were there. We were able to walk our dogs to the bay area where there was enough grass for them to use

If not for the location and property manager service, we would have left once we got there. I understand it’s OCMD but paying $6K for 9 nights, I expected things to be in tip-top shape. The faucet in the one bathroom was broke, meaning they knew it was broke and didn’t care since they just turned off the cold water valve to it. The grill was literally rusted so much it was falling apart. The inside wasn’t cleaned thoroughly including our beds, which had sand in some of them so we had to wash the sheets after our first night there. Both outside stairwells had paint chipping off and the inside stairwell as well. We had our dog with us and that was cause for concern. There were weeds everywhere and the outside is just overgrown and not maintained at all. Also, there was no hose/water supply hooked up outside to rinse the sand off. The positives were that the location was good and the property manager did what she could with trying to rectify some of the issues. She brought over her own grill to use in the meantime and had a service guy come out and fix the sink and gave us a small gift card for our inconveniences. Point being is that this property is left go and does not look like the pictures being shown. Completely false advertisement.

We had a wonderful time. The house was clean well maintained and suited our family perfectly.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood a short walk from the beach. It is located within the boundaries of the boardwalk and fit the entire family comfortably. Jodi responded quickly and courteously to all inquiries.

Great house and great location. Will definitely come back
