This fantastic family beach house has all the amenities to enjoy an amazing holiday. Comfortable and spacious lounge/dining room with elegant furniture. Two bedrooms, one on the ground floor with two single 105x200cm beds and an en-suite walk-in shower. Upstairs a beautiful spacious master bedroom with a bathroom, double basins and a walk-in shower. The master bedroom upstairs has a super king size bed with a breathtaking sea view. The property is also equipped with an automated dehumidifier system that filters the air and regulates ventilation. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven and the lounge has comfortable sofas with a high speed fibre optic internet connection and the TV provides international streaming channels (Sky included) from all over the world plus films and series. There is a covered indoor patio/terrace for the more windy days and an outside terrace with four sun loungers, you are literally immediately on the beach and it is a mix of sand and pebbles and practically private. The large community swimming pool is only a short five minute walk from the house. We would recommend a car but for those who love to walk you could reach Estepona port in about 30 minutes. Within walking distance there is also a Burger King and two supermarkets and there is a bus stop right in front of this community. This property is highly recommended for your holiday.

A beautiful and spacious three-bedroom townhouse located in a quiet beachfront urbanisation just outside Estepona town. The house is presented in three levels. When entering the property, we find the fully equipped kitchen to the left and it is equipped with everything you may need for a family holiday and it also has a small laundry room. There is also a guest cloakroom to a side of the corridor with WC and hand basin. The spacious living room has a dining area with seating for eight guests and a lounge area with comfortable sofa and a large flatscreen TV with plenty of international channels including Sky. The lounge has direct access to the patio terrace through the sliding doors that offer light and create a cosy atmosphere offering uninterrupted views of the gardens, pool and the sea. The terrace has an extra outdoor dining area for up to eight guests and extra comfort seating along with a gas powered BBQ. From the patio terrace we can access the well-maintained community gardens and the inviting community swimming pool with sea views. On the first floor we find two of the en-suite bedrooms. Both en-suite bathrooms in this floor are equipped with bath, overhead shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. The first bedroom has one double bed and two singles and the second bedroom has a king-size bed with a private balcony with sea views. On the top floor is the master bedroom with king-size bed and a modern en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, WC, bidet and hand basin. The bright lounge has direct views to the sea plus a dining area for six guests. A fully fitted kitchen with gas stove and all mod cons for a family of six. This wonderful country property is presented to a very high standard. It comprises of a main three bedroom finca and two independent casitas/cottages with fibre optic Wifi throughout the plot and located around a central swimming pool in a huge garden containing palm trees and over 70 citrus trees. It is less than a five minute drive to the beach and Estepona Old Town. The main part of the property was a flour mill from 1826, now fully restored and the reform embraces many of these original features which have been integrated around the property. In total there are four/five bedrooms split amongst the three independent buildings, which are laid out as follows:Main house - The Flour Mill: Main house with owners suite with private courtyard, a further two bedrooms with a jack and jill bathroom, 40ft reception, separate dining room, a fully fitted kitchen and a large covered Moroccan style terrace with dining table and seating areas. Primera Casita: contains a separate kitchen, an open plan sitting room, a cool and fresh double bedroom with a king size bed, a Moroccan tiled bath/shower room and a front terrace with water well and a lovely rear covered terrace with garden views. Segunda Casita: contains an open plan lounge, with kitchenette with double bedroom with a king size bed and an en-suite shower room and further garden terrace. All the bedrooms have air conditioning for cooling in the summer months. Within the grounds there are some beautiful seating areas, one of which as a stone built BBQ area. The good-sized swimming pool has loungers and umbrellas for shade and is surrounded by lavender bushes and well-kept Mediterranean planting. Next to the pool, there is a cabana with dining table and seating for eight (and another charcoal BBQ). An outdoor shower using one of the old millstones. Another table made from the old millstones. The property has two entrances, both with electric entrance gates, with ample parking for several cars. All in all, this is a unique and magical property for those looking to relax in style in their own family or with friends.

This south facing front line apartment has been refurbished to a very high standard. It is a good size with two large bedrooms, two bathrooms, lounge and kitchen. The master bedroom has one large bed that can be split in to two singles while the second bedroom has three single beds. The lounge leads out onto a long terrace which runs along the front of the port/marina. The property has air conditioning in the bedrooms and also the lounge. There is a high speed Wifi internet connection (fibre optic) available and the TV offers plenty of English channels (Sky) plus Dutch, Russian, German, French and Scandinavian channels. Spanish TV is all provided by the digital terrestrial broadcast. There are two large swimming pools available in the urbanisation, one is set amongst landscaped gardens with a grassy area while the other is terraced around the pool. There are communal sunbeds available for use. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. You can also park nearby for free. The terrace has a dining area for up to six guests plus a couple of relaxer chairs - as a south facing terrace, there is sun for most of the day. Do note that in the apartment there are two steps from the kitchen and entry level to the lounge and bedrooms. It would suit families, golfers and retirees in particular. We highly recommend this lovely apartment.
