Surrounded by mountains and beautiful beaches it is a great place for families and nature lovers. brEstepona a midsized town, once a quiet fishing town, it is a little smaller than the busy Marbella and very family friendly. It has a beautifully kept old historical part, with cobbled streets and a typical Andalucian feel. The town centre is pedestrian and the streets are beautifully decorated with lovely potted flowers. brThe beach promenade which has been completely rebuilt stretches on for miles to the East and West past the port. brIt has an Orchidarium and botanical garden, the largest in Europe. Also it is famous for its street murals and there is a very interesting walking tour to see over 30 of them. brThere are many quaint shops, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and tapas bars. At night it is lovely to go out and dine here and enjoy the atmosphere. br It has a stunning beach promenade which goes on for miles and plenty of things to do.There are many very good restaurants nearby and many boutiques, cafes and bars. brOn Wednesday they have a large outdoor market, with ceramics, clothes and fresh fruit and vegetables. The port has a Sunday Market and many restaurants&nightlife. brAnother recommendation is to drive or cycle up to Sierra Bermeja mountain and its national park, over 1500 meters above sea level from here you can enjoy stunning views and nature. From here you can also visit the local white villages of Gaucin, Casares, Jubrique and Genaguacil “the village of the artists”. brbrAlso we have our own Safari park Selwo, which is 10 minutes by car, and many different beaches and resorts. Estepona also has outdoor karting for the kids. In Algeciras there is a great Aquapark which is only 30 minutes away. brbrOTHER THINGS TO DO WHILE YOU ARE HERE: brYou can easily make day trips , as well as Malaga city - Morocco as well as the stunning Alhambra Palace in Granada.Cordoba and Sevilla are recommended, Cordobas Mosque built in 785 ad is a World Heritage Site since 1984. In Granada during the winter months we can also go on day trips skiing to the Sierra Nevada. Also not to be missed is the stunning town of Ronda, which is an hour and a half drive up the mountains.We also recommend a visit to Tarifa, the windiest city in Europe, and Kite Surf heaven. A beautiful historical Moorish town between the Atlantic coast and the Mediterranean with pristine white sandy beaches and natural dunes as well as Cadiz.brbr

This fantastic property offers a bright and spacious lounge area with dining area for five guests and beautiful sea views. The townhouse consists of four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor we find the master bedroom equipped with a king size bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and sink. The other three bedrooms are located on the top floor; a bedroom with a king size bed (150x200) and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and sink and two more bedrooms, both equipped with two single beds in each. There is a family bathroom on the top level with bath and over-head, WC and hand-basin. An additional toilet for guests is also available on the ground floor next to the living room. The kitchen in this house is fully equipped and provides all you need for your holidays. The property also provides a high speed fibre optic internet connection and the TV provides international streaming channels (including Sky) plus films and series. The terrace has amazing direct views to the sea and the local beach, less than a three minute walk from the property and a dining area with seating for eight guests. A small charcoal BBQ is also available for your use. The large community swimming pool is only a short five minute walk from the house. We would recommend a car but for those who love to walk you could reach Estepona port in about 30 minutes, communal parking is available just outside the house. Within walking distance there is also a Burger King, two supermarkets and there is a bus stop right in front of this community. A highly recommended property for families that want to stay on the beach.

This villa is set in a very quiet residential area where you can completely enjoy your holiday. For your comfort, the house is fully air-conditioned; the top floor has two bedrooms and both have separate air-conditioning units and the ground floor bedroom shares one control panel along with the living room. From the front door of the private villa, you will walk into a bright and spacious living room with its high ceilings, beautiful lighting and a comfortable and tastefully presented lounge ideal to hang out and watch television as a family. The property provides a fibre optic connection and a smart TV with several international channels including Sky and Netflix. You’ll also find a DVD and CD player for your use. Just outside the lounge there is a fantastic relaxing area with both shade or if you prefer, in the sun. To the right you have your private outdoor dining area for six guests with its amazing views of Gibraltar and even Africa. Surrounding the villa there is a lovely well maintained garden, which is totally closed-in. There is also a renovated pool with roman steps and six sun loungers for everyone to relax all day. From a second entrance, there is a conservatory that may be completely opened – this makes it very attractive for high season, followed by the dining area. The fully-fitted kitchen with its top quality appliances includes washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer and an extra freezer in the utility room to keep your food and drinks cold. On the ground floor there is a spacious south facing master bedroom, with sliding doors towards the patio terrace and a view of the Mediterranean with a bathroom with separate walk-in shower and double hand basins – this bathroom is completely wheelchair friendly. On the first floor you´ll find on your right a family bathroom with bathtub, to the left you have the two bedrooms - both have two 90x200cm single beds and single toppers or a 180x200cm topper, so the rooms can be used either separate or having the beds together as a super-king size bed. All rooms have plenty of wardrobe space. This property is very eco-friendly as it only uses LED lights and the water and air-con system are heated by solar panels. You may park your car in the driveway or outside the property limits. We include a mini midterm cleaning, bed linen and towel change if your booking is 11 nights or over.
