A lovely first line beachfront property ideal for large families. The property is decorated in a modern style, very warm and comfortable with a total of four bedrooms on four levels with a maximum capacity for eight guests. The house provides an alarm system and garage for a car and you may also park a second car on the driveway in front of the garage gate. This property has a fantastic outdoor space, where you can enjoy the sun, the sea or have a BBQ. When walking into the property you see amodern fully fitted kitchen. From the kitchen you walk out to the lounge, where you have seating for around six guests, a dining table for four and a Smart TV with international channels including Sky channels with videos and series for free along with a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection. An outdoor dining area for six, two sunloungers and comfort relaxer seating for eight guests is also available with two charcoal barbecues. The basement has a small private gym with some exercise equipment for your use (no windows nor air conditioning in this area). Upstairs on the first floor you will find three tastefully decorated king-size bedrooms (all beds are 150x190cm) which two of them share a family bathroom and the main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The top floor has a spacious bedroom with two single beds, a terrace with amazing views of the beach and another large bathroom. The property is fully air-conditioned (central air-con system for the ground floor and first floor plus an independant unit on the top floor bedroom along with ceiling fan). All in all, a lovely family townhouse for your holiday.

    The photos used in the advertising were very misleading, the property in the photos is the same property but obviously taken when brand new, the reality is very different now, furnishings were shabby and stained, the only thing that appeared to have been cleaned was the bathrooms, we had to clean the house ourselves on arrival, it was thick in dust, bedding was stained, along with mattresses, towels had clearly seen better days, although we were given a new set of towels & bedding after complaining, and we were offered a cleaner to come in but we declined and cleaned the house ourselves, kitchen was full of grease with everything you touched, oven is not secure in its housing, oven was thick in grease and we had to clean before use, no oven trays to cook with, plates and cups were chipped and cutlery was also greasy, no oven gloves, microwave was hit and miss as the dials had worn the markings off. Stairs are white marble as is the floor, you have to be careful as the last step blends into the floor and you end up stumbling. One of the main shutters in the lounge area broke on the first week so we only had half a view and half the light, we were assured someone would fix the shutter but it did not happen, none of the locks on the windows or doors work, except the front door, so you have to close the shutters every time you go out. No safe to put valuables in. No grass anymore its very over grown with weeds and no direct access to beach as described, clearly has not been used in a while, it is a section of fence with a bike lock. Door from garage to house wont close let alone lock, downstairs bedroom has no window treatments on and they are below the grids from patio on lounge level, so light comes in all the time, not a pleasant sight to look at through the windows. wardrobes were broken and full of owners property. clearly not very well maintained and certainly not worth the money they are charging for the property, there were better properties in the area that were immaculate and much cheaper than this one, with covid and other viruses around this property should have been spotless, as were the others.
