The spacious property offers two large bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, air conditioning, TV and wall heater with direct access to the balcony with an outdoor dining area for four guests with amazing sea views, port and Gibraltar. It has an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and double basin. It also offers plenty ofstorage space in its built-in cupboards. The second bedroom has a king size bed and it is also equipped with air conditioning, TV, wall heater and built-in cupboards. There is a family bathroom in the main hallway with shower, WC and sink. The modern and spacious lounge is very bright and offers comfortable seating for over four guests along with a fibre optic, high speed Wifi internet connection and international TV channels including Sky. The property has a modern open kitchen with all the appliances you may need for your holiday. Parking is possible in the communal parking area and operates on a first come, first served basis however finding a space isn't normally a problem. Two swimming pools are available in the community only available during peak season (please enquire). You can also park nearby for free and the property would suit families, golfers and retirees in particular.
