The heated swimming pool (7.9m x 5m x 1.4m deep) is available all year round - the heating cost is included in summer rental rates and costs an extra €20 per night during the low-priced season November to March.brbrCasa na Colina has easy, level access from the street level into the oak-floored sitting room with picture window and wood burning fireplace, ideal for cooler winter evenings. Sleeping up to 9 adults comfortably in 4 bedrooms plus a sofabed in the sitting room, it is good for couples or families. The master en-suite double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms and main family bathroom are also on the entrance level. brbrA beautiful marble staircase leads to the lower floor where there is another en-suite double bedroom and the kitchen and dining area. From here doors lead out to the veranda and garden with its panoramic sea views offering peace and quiet. brbrThe house is situated in a quiet suburb only 2 minutes drive from the Via Rapido which gives easy access to many of Madeira's attractions. A 10 minutes drive takes you to the sandy beaches, cafes and restaurants at Calheta marina. Other villages, with swimming areas and restaurants are also nearby. brbrThere is parking for a small car on the front drive of the property. The road outside the house is not busy, so other (or larger) cars can easily park here.brbrThe house is now under the management of Catarina Gouveia, who has many years experience in the tourist market. She lives in a nearby village and will be contactable during your stay if any problems develop.
