Walk a block to the famous Nola lunch spot, Turkey and the Wolf, or grab a bite even closer to your front door at the Dragonfly Cafe on one side or T&T po-boys on the other. This outside path leads directly to the entrance of the unit as well as a private backyard space. brbrThe breezeway is the only shared space, however there are shared walls as this is a multi unit property. The front unit of this home is rented as a mid-term rental, with guests ranging from one month to several months. brbrLike many New Orleans homes, there is street parking only for this unit. There is often no difficulty parking as there are plenty of street parking spots available in front of the home, further down the block, or directly across the street. All we ask is that you do not park directly in front of the blue house located next door– we have great neighbors and want to respect their space as well!brbrPlease note: The front apartment of the building is occupied by a long term tenant, though it is completely private and has a separate entrance.
