It features private parking, a private patio, a community courtyard, security cameras, keypad locks, 13-foot ceilings, hotel-brand mattresses & multiple coffee makers. brbrOne parking spot in our driveway is available only for cars of a specific size (see House Rules for parking details and more). If your car does not fit, there should be plenty of street parking with a permit we can offer but must be coordinated before arrival.brbrApartment 101 (on the first floor) is 1,300 SF of unique, modern space that includes high ceilings and a spacious living room with a wall-mounted, smart TV and Daybed, an open concept kitchen fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a dining table with seating for six. Master bedroom with new King size bed and smart TV, a 2nd separate bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and smart TV, and 2 full bathrooms. The 2 bedrooms are completely private, accessed from a hallway and not through other bedrooms like many houses in NOLA!
