Each bedroom has its own private bath and there are two living areas for your group to spread out!brbrPlease note that this is a 3-story home and their are a few stairs to climb from street level to the home`s entrance, 22 stairs between the first and second floors, and 17 stairs from the second to third floors. This is an older home, and the stairs are a bit steeper than you`d see in a newer home. There is a handrail that goes all the way up though, and there are landings between the floors. All of the bedrooms are on the second and third floors, though one of the bathrooms is located on the first floor.brbrVisiting chefs will love the well-equipped, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances (including a wine cooler) and plenty of countertop prep space.brbrMeet up for formal meals in the dining area, and then pick from one of two living spaces including one adjacent to the kitchen with a TV for streaming your favorite channels. There is an exterior doorbell camera that records anyone entering the property through the front door. There is a noise-monitoring device inside the home (as requried by law) that measures the sound levels to ensure guests are not disturbing neighbors.
