The one bath has a tub/ shower combination and is accessible through the bedroom. It has a large galley kitchen fully outfitted for cooking with a beautiful dining table directly off of the kitchen. A full-sized washer and dryer are outside of the kitchen only a few steps away.brbrThe unit is located on the lower floor with a shady, cool patio directly outside of the front door and has a table and chairs for outdoor dining where you are also able to view the front yard. The unit is in the historic Lower Garden District and adjacent to the Garden District which contains some of the most beautiful New Orleans homes and architectural tours, as well as Commander's Palace restaurant and Lafayette Cemetery. If you enjoy walking to explore new venues, the French Quarter (Vieux Carre) is a little more than one mile away.
